Payment and Booking

 

• Prepayment: Lesson reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received. No time slots are reserved without payment.

 

• Multiple Lesson Packages: Discounts may be offered for multiple lesson packages. However, the lessons within the package must be completed within the following time frames:

 

8 lessons → Must be completed within 1 month.

12 lessons → Must be completed within 1.5 months.

24 lessons → Must be completed within 3 months.

 

• Lesson Validity: Lessons not used within the specified time frame cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

• No refunds will be made to students who have not made a reservation 30 days after the start of the lessons. It is not legal to refund services that exceed 30 days.

 

Lesson Changes and Refunds

 

• Rescheduling and Cancellation: Lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, no refund will be issued, and the lesson will be considered completed. Students are given a maximum of 15 minutes of option. If the lesson is not attended for 15 minutes, the lesson is considered to have taken place. No refunds or time changes will be made. Last-minute requests to change the lesson time will not be accepted as this affects both the teacher’s and other students’ schedules.

 

• Package Refunds: Refunds for multiple lesson packages are available if requested before starting the lessons. Once lessons have begun, the refund amount will be calculated based on the non-discounted lesson rate, with a deduction for services already rendered. Refunds are not available for completed lessons.

 

Lesson Materials and Platform Use

 

• Google Classroom Usage: All lesson materials and links are accessed through Google Classroom. Students are required to log in to this platform.

 

• Personal Responsibility: Attending lessons on time, reviewing lesson content, and practicing are the student's responsibility. Teachers may repeat topics upon request, but repeated lessons will be charged at the regular lesson rate.

 

• Scheduling and Content: Group lesson schedules and instructions are provided in advance. Lessons are conducted at the teacher’s designated times, and schedule changes cannot be requested.

• Special Requests: Individual requests are not accommodated in group lessons. For specific needs or topics, private lessons must be booked.

• Attendance and Refunds: No refunds are issued for missed group lessons. Refunds for group lessons can only be requested at least 48 hours before the course begins.

 

Additional Conditions

• Lesson Validity: Students must join their lessons on time. Late arrivals will not result in extended lesson durations.

 

• Recording and Privacy: Online courses cannot be recorded due to privacy and rights violations. It cannot be requested to save and share.

• Holidays and Force Majeure: If the teacher or student is unable to attend a lesson due to holidays, illness, or other force majeure events, the lesson may be rescheduled for a later date.
