Collaboration Process
Our collaboration begins with a clear understanding of the project goals, followed by agreeing on the scope, deliverables, and timelines. After the initial alignment, we proceed with content creation, feedback, and approval processes, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout. Once the content is live, we track its performance and provide you with insights to ensure it aligns with your objectives. We prioritize continuous communication and a flexible approach to create a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership.

You can reach out via Instagram DM or email to discuss a potential collaboration. Feel free to share your project, brand, or app — and let me know your preferred type of promotion (Reel, Story, Carousel Post, Giveaway, etc.).
2. Proposal & Vision Alignment
Once we’re in touch, we’ll define the goals, target audience, timeline, and preferred formats. I’ll also review if your product or service aligns with my audience’s interest: language learning, culture, and education.
3. Collaboration Type & Terms
Together, we’ll decide on the best collaboration model:

I will then provide a quote, expected timelines, and deliverables — or we can work based on your proposal.
4. Content Creation & Customization
Once we agree, I’ll start working on content creation. Content is always tailored to feel organic, authentic, and aligned with my usual tone and aesthetics. I can include your tool or service naturally in my videos, voiceovers, or captions.
5. Preview & Edits (If Needed)
For paid collaborations or high-impact launches, I can share a draft preview before publishing. Minor edits can be discussed to ensure quality and message clarity.
6. Publication & Boosting
The content will be published on the agreed date. Depending on the format, I may also support the post with Stories, Story Highlights, or pinned content to boost visibility.
7. Insights & Reporting
After 5–7 days, I will provide you with a full insight report (reach, saves, shares, engagement rates, etc.) so you can evaluate performance. I’m also open to further optimizations for long-term campaigns.
Collaboration Conditions
To ensure a smooth and productive partnership, here are some key conditions to consider before we start working together:

2. Creative Collaboration
We value collaborations where creativity is mutual. You are welcome to share your ideas, scripts, or content suggestions — We are happy to work with pre-prepared concepts if they align with our audience and tone. We always make sure the final content feels natural, engaging, and tailored to our community, whether it’s your idea or a co-created one.
3. Content Formats Available
We offer a variety of content formats depending on the campaign goals:

Story Sets (with optional link, poll, quiz, etc.)

Captions in multiple languages (EN / FR / TR)

Each collaboration can include a custom combination of these elements, depending on your campaign needs.
4. Delivery & Timeline

Content delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after the agreement is confirmed.

If edits or previews are requested, please notify in advance.

We don’t commit to urgent/rush work unless previously discussed.
5. Payment Terms
To ensure a smooth and secure collaboration:
-
Invoices are issued based on the agreed amount and shared before the campaign begins.
-
Once the invoice is paid via ourofficial website, the collaboration is scheduled and executed.
-
Unfortunately, PayPal and other third-party payment platforms are not supported at this time.
6. Usage Rights
I retain full ownership of the content I create for collaborations, with the following usage rights granted to the brand:

Social Media Usage: The brand may share, repost, and use the content across its own social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, for a period of up to 30 days from the initial posting date.

Extended Usage: If the brand wishes to use the content for an extended period beyond 30 days, a separate agreement must be made.
-
Repurposing: The content may also be repurposed by the brand for online ads, newsletters, and other marketing channels, provided that the content is properly credited.
-
Exclusivity: For any exclusivity clauses, please inquire. Typically, content is not exclusive unless specified in the agreement.
-
Third-Party Platforms: Usage outside of social media (e.g., websites, external campaigns) requires prior approval and a separate discussion.
-
Important: Content must be credited to my profile or business account when reposted or used.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
In the event of a need to cancel or reschedule a collaboration, the following terms apply:

Cancellation by Brand: If the brand needs to cancel or postpone the collaboration, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required. If canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled content release, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellation by Influencer: In rare cases, if we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide 7 days’ notice. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate a new date and time for the collaboration.

Rescheduling: If a reschedule is required by either party, both parties must agree on a new timeline. Content will be posted as agreed upon the new date, and any changes to the collaboration timeline will be reflected in the final invoice.

Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen events (e.g., personal emergencies, natural disasters, etc.), both parties agree to discuss new terms in good faith.
8. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

During our collaboration, both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared between us strictly private. This includes but is not limited to, business strategies, marketing plans, product information, and any proprietary details disclosed throughout the partnership.

Both parties acknowledge that the information shared may be sensitive and agree not to disclose, copy, or share it with any third parties without prior written consent. This confidentiality agreement will remain in effect during the collaboration and for a period of [e.g., 12 months] following its conclusion. After this period, the confidential information may be shared only with prior written consent from both parties.

In addition, the names of our collaborators will be featured on our "Our Collaborators" page. If you prefer not to have your name listed, please inform us, and it will remain confidential.

If either party is required by law to disclose any confidential information, prior written notice will be provided to the other party.
7. Mutual Respect & Transparency

We firmly believe in maintaining a foundation of mutual respect and open communication throughout our collaboration. Clear expectations, honesty, and integrity are at the core of our approach to working with partners. We highly value transparency in every step of the process, from content creation to final approval, ensuring we are aligned on objectives, goals, and messaging.

We do not promote products or services that are misleading, unethical, or that do not resonate with our values or the interests of our audience. Every collaboration is carefully vetted to ensure that it aligns with our brand’s ethos and that it provides value to our community. We aim to share only content that we truly believe in and that we are confident will benefit our followers.

To ensure that our collaboration remains ethical and in line with both our expectations, we ask for clear communication at all stages. If at any time either party feels that the collaboration is not working or does not align with the goals, it is important that we address the issue promptly and work together to find a resolution.
